Sir Zelman Cowen centenary exhibition
To mark the centenary of Sir Zelman Cowen, AK, GCMG, GCVO, PC, QC, who was born on 7 October 1919, the Supreme Court Library is hosting a touring exhibition: A Life of Opportunity and Success, curated by the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre at Victoria University.
The exhibition is undertaken in collaboration with Victoria University and the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre. As well as the static exhibition there are two iPads on the mezzanine floor of the Library that detail Sir Zelman's life, achievements and interests, as Dean of the Melbourne University Law School and Governor-General as well as his writings on legal topics.
The exhibition will run throughout October.
